Low light out 2011 Genesis

I bought this car. It had been wrecked and repaired. I have a low light out (front headlight) and can't figure out if the low light is oem or if the lights are custom.

The low light ( on the side that works) is blue in color and puts out a lot of light.

If they're blue they're not OEM. If you say they're really bright it sounds like someone may have done an HID conversion.
