Map goes black

The map on my GV70 display unit goes black.
The icon for the car shows in orange but otherwise, black.

Any clues?

I was getting an OTA nav and audio update yesterday. It made my Bluetooth glitchy while the update was happening. Did you receive the update? Maybe that was causing your glitches.

If I got any update I'm unconscious of it.
I'll bee looking again today

After the update downloaded, I had to select "Install Now" on the nav screen. Then I got a notice on my phone that the install was successful.

I didn't get the notice until I went into the "General" settings.

Try the infotainment reboot (hold Map and Setup buttons for 5 seconds)

My sales rep suggested that.
I did it.
NO FIX
HMMMMM.

Sounds like they may need to replace the infotainment system, possibly...
