I was going to give that a shot next time I update actually! I prefer the main dashboard screen to show the climate controls instead of the OEM map, since I only ever use Apple Carplay for nav via Google Maps. So with the SD removed, it just fails to load the oem NAV modules but the rest works fine?
Quicker boot would be nice

Yeah, completely agree. I prefer the Climate controls view as well to the OEM Nav. The rest works perfect.

Yep, the label for mine was created Tuesday too (note that this does not mean that it shipped, just that postage has been paid). I just got an update that it just now shipped and I should expect it Monday.

Annoying? It doesn’t say it was shipped. All it says is the label was created (By computer). Now They have to find your part, box it, slap the label on, drop it off at UPS to be scanned and put on a truck. That could take a day or two. Then you can say it has shipped.

Dang, mine was done 2 minutes earlier than yours on Tuesday and it still hasn't moved. Oh well.

Mine shipped, was to deliver tonight but now it says Friday night.

Same here. I guess everything is automated to send the tracking number but the guy that actually takes it to the post office works part time, Thursday afternoon.

I ordered mine, chose bill to Genesis. Worked fine. The only flag I see is in my email confirmation. In the email, the payment method says "bill me later". Anyone else get that? Does that mean Genesis is going to bill me for it?

The map GUI looks cleaner. I will say it looks I more modern looking than before. They added a new audio continuous loop in the Menu settings called 'Sounds of Nature'. Haven't played more with it but I will see what other goodies there are.

I will say this is a lot easier than downloading the huge image and burning it to the SD card!
