MARCH 21, 2024 UPDATE TO CONNECTED SERVICES STOPPED MY REMOTE ACCESS, START, LOCK, ETC

I have a 2018 G80 that I love, and one of the features is my phone app ability to remotely access several features: start, climate start, lock and unlock doors. I was travelling last week, and noticed on returning 3/21/24 that I was suddenly no longer able to "remote climate start" my car. I checked further on the phone app and see that the last time I did so (or tried successfully) was 3/21/24. Sure would like to have that feature rectified.

These thumbnails don't really capture all that I am seeing, but it shows the doors are "unlocked," when they are not, for example. The thrid photo on the right shows where remote"control" of the "start" was working last on 3/21/24, and has failed every since then.

Looks like your subscription might be over. It only lasts 3 years. You'd have to pay to get it reinstated. And there are 3 different levels, I believe. Log into MyGenesis, create an account if you don't already have one, and you should find your options there. Hope this helps.
 
Was it parked in the exact same place on 3/21 and 3/25?
Door lock status is immaterial since you screen says it was last updated 5 days ago.

Also, in terms of service, you should probably have your Caps keys looked at, it seems to be stuck on.

Thanks ! I do renew annually, all three. I did this morning, on my own, go down and "reset" the "screen" by poking that little "hole" for 5 seconds, and over the course of the morning, it appears to have reset satisfactorily. I am currently able to start, lock, etc.
