  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Does anyone know how to store current position in Nav system? I used the command "save current position" as stated in manual but it does not recognise that command. Also is there a place to go with questions on Nav system? Thanks for anyone's help.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
If you have the DIS, refer to page 199 of the DIS manual, whereby you select the current position via the cross hairs and then on page 202, you store it in the address book.

Paulroger, thanks very much for the info it was helpful. I have only had my Genesis less than a week and have a lot to learn about it's features. I still wonder why it does not recognise the voice command "save current position" as discribed on pages 256 and 264 of the DIS. The system responds correctly to my other voice prompts but the only responce I get from "save current position" is "pardon".

You're right. that particular voice command doesn't work for me either. You'll just have to do it manually.
