Middle knob and radio buttons not working

I must have spilled a drink in the center of my sedan the three I mean six buttons three on each side of the knob are not working and the knob itself isn't working you can push the buttons you can turn the knob but to know a veil all fuses have been replaced and all fuses are fine please help with any ideas

The unit is over 250 and there's two parts the other is 100 I'm trying to sell the vehicle and idk if having that working for that amount would be worth it

Clean it up with some electronics cleaner and see it if will start working.
