Can my 2015 Genesis sedan, tech model, switch between miles and kilometers?

No. Unless you take it to the dealership but that is permanent type of the thing so If you want your mph back, have to take it again.

I drove to Canada once for work and done my throughout research and unfortunately, the answer is no.
