If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Hello Guys,

I've got 2.0T last month and found some issue with Gas Tank or sensor(?)

I was thinking 2.0T has 17 Gallon capability but I can put only 14~15 gallon

and pump keeps stopping. Is there anyone has same issue?

Should I go to dealer and check it?

Thank you.

This is what I have noticed.

If I hold the handle down all of the way, the pump constently stops. I figured it was the design of the pipe leading into the tank. So, I have to gently squeeze the handle.

What you may be seeing is that when the tank is becoming full, the fuel going down the pipe can't get into the tank fast enough causing the nozzle to stop. Try easing up on the handle and see if this helps.

I'm no mechanic, just thinking logically.

anurbas,

Thank you for your tip. I'll try next time and let's see.
