  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I wanted to know if any of the others members have added some type of black plastic cover to the B Pillars. I know that there are chrome versions of this, but that is not the look that I'm going for. I've seen some on eBay, and other places around on the net, any one here done this modification and if so let's see your modified B Pillars

I would not add. The pillars are covered in a black vinyl which can be removed with use of hair dryer. You can then paint or put high gloss vinyl on the pillar.

I'm leaning towards wrapping it with some 3M 1080 Gloss Black Vinyl.

Nooooo sir, a well done high gloss 3M vinyl will do. I don't see what is everyone fascination with plastidip, its great for hand tools and what not but not for a car.

Dont knock it till you try it. Plastidip works great and last long when applied correctly. Check out the guys at dipyourcar.com, they are doing entire cars and crazy colors etc with amazing results.
