Got my one month old 2017 G80 tinted yesterday. Makes the car look even more sharper and will really help in the summer here in Florida. So now have the tint and the Hyundai rubber cargo mat for the trunk. All I am waiting for is for Weather Tech to come out with mats for the 2017 and Rain Guards for the windows. Once get those I should be all set.

Weather has the laser measured mats if that's what you're looking for. I got a set for 2017 ... put them in when I picked up the car. Fit perfect!

Just checked Weather Tech's web set. They have the front and back mats for AWD but only back ones for Rear Drive. Wonder what the difference is up front?

Careful if you go with the window visors that fit inside the window track at the top. I have them installed on my Sonata and the rear fall out all the time and the front ones scratch the shit out of my windows.

Check the other side of the Hyundai cargo mat. If it is like mine it is carpeted on the other side, reversible.

Yep, the front and the back..... Mine is an AWD (live in PA in snow country), I think the difference is in the back since there are two options for the rear mats ..... The fronts would the same for both RWD & AWD. Then you just order the back that fits the drivetrain you have. When I ordered them there was a drop-down box option to pick RWD or AWD. Maybe give them a call to verify.....

I just went to order my WeatherTech mats - you pick make (Genesis), model (G80) and year (2017) - these are the only Genesis options at the moment. When you hit continue, a pop-up asks you to confirm AWD or RWD.

Does your reversible cargo mat have a separate small piece for the right side? Looks to me like it was not cut properly hence that small patch.

Yes it does. It is there because the trunk floor is not symmetric side to side. When you flip over the mat to use the other side, your will need the clearance to not interfere with the opposite wheel well. Genesis/Hyundai had no choice but to cut the opening larger, utilizing the small piece to fill the gap on the right side when the carpeted side is facing up. Actually I impressed with that level of detail to truly cover the entire the entire trunk floor regardless of which side of the mat you have facing up.

I've had weathertech. They are decent, but can be quite slippery when wet. Maxpider 3D mats put them to shame, IMO. Have a set for my Genesis and my wife's Fit. Never going back to weathertech.

My factory trunk mat is the same... carpeted on one side, and the more pracitcal rubber on the other.
I'm removing it from my 2015 trade-in to put in my new G80 Sport which I pick up tomorrow.
Just waiting for windows to be tinted.

What do you guys think of these floor liners?
Tuxmat. A little more expensive. A little concerned, Tuxmat website claims they fit RWD but Amazon website says AWD only, and the liners look identical. I will have to ask them before I order them. Not sure I like going over the hump in the rear, I think I like individual ones in the rear better.

Seems like a good, durable, nice looking winter floor mat. If I was in snow and mess, I'd use them. Can't beat the lifetime warranty.
