Motorola Androix X and Dialing 2 times - Bluetooth

Has anyone experienced this recently?

I updated my Android X to the latest operating system last week. Not sure if it's coincidental but on many voice command dialed calls, I receive an error message "Call Failed". When I voice command the same number again, the call goes through.

Update...

It also occurs if your select a number from the phone directory on the screen (not voice-selected).

It's now very annoying. You have to call every number 2x.

Adding that to my list for the dealer appointment tomorrow.

hope someone can answer this problem from JazzyJeff. I have a new 2012 Genny and using my updated Droid X with the same annoying problem. Talked to Verizon and cannot go back to the prior version once it has been updated. Anybody know of a planned update to the DIS to correct this???
