My 2015 is 3 months old now and I have a few questions

Rather than post multiple times with my questions, I thought I would put them all in one thread and hopefully someone can help me out:
My car is a 2015 3.8 with 29k miles.
1- I notice that the drivers door doesn't close right. I have to close it "harder" than normal otherwise it doesn't lock in place. I assume this is a simple adjustment?
2- The front sensors sometimes start beeping for no reason, like when at a red light with no one in front of the car.
3- Is there anyway to keep the rear window visor down permanently? I fear all that up and down constantly and it will eventually break
4- The sunroof seems to open a little slow. IS this normal or a sign the motor is going.
I am getting a "Service in 4 Days" alert. The old was changed 3000 miles ago. What does the alert mean?
5- Is it true that at 30,000 miles I should change the spark plugs? That seems a little low. My last car I believe it was much higher. Is it easy to DIY?
6- I know the seats are leather, what about the trim (steering wheel, center console etc)
7- Last question, while accelerating on an on-ramp a few weeks ago I felt a "pop" in the shifting when I backed off the gas quickly. Also like a hard downshift. Felt kind of odd. Never had that happen since. Possible sign of tranny problem?

2. Other cars and an occasional stray signal can set off the sensors. Usually they are in front but I have had a car along side set them off. Some use the same frequency
3. There is a switch for the shade. Put t down and leave it down. It is to the left of the steering wheel, another on the rear armrest
4, Don't know, never opened my sunroof
4a. There is a setting for service intervals. Dealer probably set is sooner than needed to sell oil changes. It is under the settings in the center of the instrument panel accessed by the button on the right of the steering wheel.
5. Should be 100,000

You NEVER opened your sunroof? Really? Why not?
the 100k on the plugs makes sense. I don't know why the service manual recommends it at 30k

The rear tilt levers on sunroof are binding causing it to go slow. They need to be replaced and track lubed

The owner's manual from the owner's site says every 97,500 miles. No mention of plugs at 30K miles, but apparently there are different versions of the manuals out there.

On my 2015 I opened it once or twice. My 2018, never. Aside from the driver's window I don't recall putting the others down. The cover is open though to let light in.

Reason: Excellent climate control. No wind noise or traffic noise.

On a previous GM car I accidently hit the window button and put a back window down. It broke the regulator and would not come up. I took the mechanism out and propped it closed with a stick. Six months later, same thing on the other side, same fix.

I thought It was in a small service booklet. But I may have read it wrong. I will check and scan the page. But yea, no way 30k.
