My bluetooth has a tooth ache

I'm having problems with my bluetooth audio, it seems like it is on mute when I'm driving, if I'm sitting still it works once I move it doesn't hear my commands. It did this once before and the dealer played with it and it was okay. Now it is doing it again. Dealer wants me to drive 50 miles to them to play with it again --- I just want to know how to fix or prevent this problem. Any ideas?

Try to pair it to a different cell phone. See if the problem still happens. If yes, it is the car. If no, it is your cell phone.

When I first got my car, and paired it to my L9 Motorola, I would get incoming calls that would not ring. I would hear the person calling saying "hello - you there?" Could not figure out the problem UNTIL I noticed that I had the DIS display set for "AutoConnect". Once I turned off the DIS Autoconnect, my incoming calls then would ring and I'd know I was having an incoming call. Works great now.
