My cruise control is not working currently help me figure out what the problem could

Ok guys,

As you know i was delivered my car from Raleigh, NC 120mi from Wilmington. They failed to tell me the smart cruise was out. I just found out last week that its had 3 accidents and 2 owners. My vocational rehab wont put hand controls on a car this sketchy. So ive been stuck looking at my car in my parking lot since nov. This dealer took advantage of me and my disability, They knew i needed SCC as one of the safety features or the federal gov isnt gonna add the 8000.00 hand controls on the car. I know they had to try using the SCC an the 2hr drive down I-40. Here's where id like help. Are there any legal aids on this board that could call me to help. ANYONE. Please. I'm desperate. I cant go to a simple dr. visit with out begging for rides on my facebook page. This was so wrong. Another dealer also told me to contact local news outlets in raleigh to go with cameras to investigate. All i want is for them to buy the car back. I paid 13k for it. I financed with NC state employees credit union. Theyll approve me for another car (i want 2013-14 v6 with premium/tech pkgs and blue link). dealers wont give me 6k for the ca that will put me way upside down I still owe 14,400.00. I have my payment one auto draft so my payments are on-time. Im upset and lost as to what i can do. Again, if you can assist (im broke on SSDI 1100/mo) but will try to give you anything i can.

If you're getting this red error light, then you most likely have 1 of 2 problems:
1) the Radar module is bad.
2) the HECU (ABS) module is bad.

A dealer can diagnose it. Hopefully you're covered by an extended warranty... it won't be a cheap fix. Just had the HECU replaced in my '12 4.6 at 66k two weeks ago miles for $2500 covered 100% by extended warranty.

I already replaced the HECU about 8months ago. Dealer said it was the Smart Cruise Control module. Have a replacement but fear removing will wipe out all computer memory. Is the radar module the same as SCC module? Do they have to be reprogrammed? Is the dealership the only source for reprogramming?

the scc is the same as the cruise control module. I had a minor encounter with a snow drift last winter, and mine hasnt worked since the way it is suppose to. I have a 11' 4.6 with 100k on it. I bought a used one that was suppose to be fully functional off ebay, and the problem stayed the same. It works when there is no traffic on the road, but when there is traffic, it will randomly kick off and the dash light will come on. The only way to reset it is to restart the vehicle. Does anyone know what else would cause the cruise control module to behave this way. It seems like other peoples radar signals will cause it to fault out, as when I am in traffic. Is there anyother sensors that it intertwines with, such as parking assist sensors. ?

I have a lawyer now. I found out this car was in 2 accidents in FL and one in GA. 5hey held it back from me which is illegal I skipped out of buying my 18 Acura and trying another brand. Never again. Buying a 2015 Acura RLX SH-AWD like I should have. I've never had a problem with a used Honda product and they stand behind what they build. My attorney is requesting a buy back so I start from scratch with my credit union. 5hey are pissed at me because I told the salesman the mechanic was hot. I never conveyed this to him. That's a comment I'll leave off here because I've learned there is no free speech on this forum in the least. Some people here need to get a life on this forum if there not here to help people.

Mine is yellow not red anybody else dealt with this problem
