My first videos...0-60, 40-70, burnout

Well, here are three videos that, in my opinion, stink.

I promise guys I will try a lot harder next time. I need to find someone to stand on the side of the road and hold the camera for me.

Nice videos.... but why torture your BRAND NEW car? I think you should baby it for a couple thousand miles before mashin' the gas.

Yeah, your probably right...BUT...its covered for bumper to bumper for 100K with my upgraded warranty.

The owner told me that they actually run the car through the breakin period at Hyundai. Once completed, they do a full system check, and then erase, reset, or reinstall the odometer.

I almost wanted to call BS on that but then I heard it again at another dealership. Also the Hyundai Plant in Montgomery, near the interstate, has a huge track that you can see cars ripping through. We see them every time we head to the beach. I think they build the accent and santa fe.

I dont know...but please know, I DO NOT drive like that at all times. I only did it to shoot the videos...but I feel your concern.

With all of that beating with your car, I don't know how long the car is going to last!!!!..

Question: If you had the foot on the brake and the Genesis is has 4 wheel disc, how did you do a burn out?

Thats why I shelled out the extra $$$ for the warranty

In reality, I do not drive like that at all times!

And I'm pretty sure that they would not mass manufacture a vehicle that could not take it. Whats the point in making a $100k sportscar that was not expected to be given he!!?

My Camry, which has over 140K miles was driven like this everyday. I am the only driver because the wife cant drive a stick. I have not even had to replace the clutch yet. Cars can take more than most people give credit for. Have you ever tried to blow up a stock motor? I have and it is pretty hard to do. My dads 1987 camry, with over 300k miles, was wrecked beyond reasonable repair. We were unable to sell the motor so we made some bets. I bet $20 that the motor would blow up without oil in 5 min. He bet 2 min. The dad gum thang lasted 42 minutes! It was smokin like crazy

Anywho, sorry to go on like that...If you want me to make a video of my normal driving habits I would be happy to do so!

Most cars are set up where 70% of brake force is on the front and 30% on the rear. It is easy to power through the 30%.

That is the only explanation I can think of.

Have you ever tried to blow up a stock motor? I have and it is pretty hard to do.

I have personally blown up three L4 motors out of the old Chevy Vegas (3 different cars) back while I was in college. It was a HUGE amount of fun (except for one time...longer story WAAAAY off topic), and not too difficult! But never since! And I won't even try w/my Gen!

I guess I am talking like that because I am a poor man. Any expensive car like the Genesis, I would baby it like a human baby.
