My Genesis turn off randomly while driving.

Good evening,Happy New Years!! I have an 09 Genesis sedan (3.8) I was wondering if any one has experience their car turn off and back on while driving, it happens randomly most times it happens while at a red light or when making a turn at a low speed, the car turns completely off (no lights on instrumentation cluster stay on radio turns off as if you turn the car off) most times i place the car in park push button and it turns back on, some times I have to jump battery and it will turn back on ( the battery is new and holds)
Other times it turns off and on while driving at high speed on freeway, I have noticed that if I don’t take my foot off the gas sometimes when it turns off it turns back on.
unfortunately it won’t give me any codes as it happens so often that the computer resets every time that it happens, checked all grounds and everything seems right, I was told to that it could be the abs module, (communication drop) if this is something common or anyone has had same issue I would appreciate any input.

Others on this forum have had issues with the battery connection in the trunk and the fusible link that is on the positive battery terminal. Also have read about some grounding issues. That's where I would start.

is the steering wheel hard to turn when the car shut off?
I had this happen a while ago, I cant remember if its the alternator or starter...I think it was the alternator

I have had exactly that happen, mayube two or three times since I bought my 2012 3.8. It's a little unnerving, to say the least. I was usually able to coast it far enough to complete my turn, put it in park, and start it back up. Then it runs like nothing ever happened. Hasn't happened in better than 5 years, though. No idea what it was.
