  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

We bought our 2018 Genesis G80 3.3T last year and we love it! It's a luxurious ride but there is a "popping" sound we can't identify so I will post that issue on the right page but just wanted to say hi and look forward to seeing what everyone has to share.

My previous vehicle was a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T with a Stage 1 Scat Pack. I loved that car and hated to sell it but needed a vehicle with 4 doors to get grandbabies' car seats in and out...a 2-door just doesn't work for that!

I've loved the look and style of the Genesis so I already knew what I wanted...between the 3 drive modes and the Twin Turbo I'm not missing out on performance at all! Thanks for the warm welcome.

I know how you feel. Those Challengers are so popular for a reason. But now you've got some luxury to go along with the performance of the G80. Enjoy the heck out of it!

Believe me we are!! I'm just hoping we can pinpoint that "popping" sound that apparently is quite popular, which was one of the main reasons that drew me to this page. I'm kinda glad it's not an isolated issue, seeing a few others have posted about it and I've already gotten a response or 2 so I'm already ahead of the game 👍
