Hello. My name is Sal and I'm the owner and operator of the Genesis Owners Group domain and website. While I may not be at the forefront of all that's happening in our community - I do have the final word on important decisions. That being said, I have a few important standards for how I expect things to be run around here. So here is my pledge to you...

• I pledge to assure you of a clean and comfortable community environment.
• I pledge to promote diversity and respect for all human differences.
• I pledge to provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to those who need it.
• I pledge to respond in a rapid, sensitive and non-confrontational manner to requests that will enhance your experience.
• I pledge to provide you with an experience that will encourage you to return.

I also expect this from our members - and I expect this community to be taken care of in such a way that we can see continued growth, support and the formation of brand new relationships for many decades to come. I 2nd this + I'd like for you to know that I am extremely proud and happy to know of this place. I still do not own this car (7-8 weeks left) and am constantly coming here to get the latest info on the Genesis/Hyundai.

You guys are second to none and I really appreciate what you guys do.

I love my Gen. and if I can help another owner or owner-2-be with anything technical or not...it makes my job worthwhile.

I'm kinda the "religious-nut" around here so I do my best to keep the place clean and free of harrassments, language, and obsceneties, etc...but to be honest...I have not had to whoop out my SIN STICK yet!!! HA!!! Which is GREAT!! Thanks to all the wonderful members we have here!

One question. When spam is reported (report post) via the little exclamation point in the red & white triangle in the upper right corner of the post, does the message go to all moderators, or just to the owner? Just wondering as I reported some spam a couple days ago.

Being a moderator (or owner) is a big job that takes up a lot of time. Keep up the good work. BTW, how many moderators are there?

Great Question!!! When you report a post, whether SPAM or not, it goes directly to us. "US" means, the three of us. Hyundai Genesis, BigElm and myself. We do the best we can and act as quick as possible to combat these BOTS and others that dirty up our website.

I thank all you guys! Sal, for starting the site when Genesis was barely born, congrats and thanks. As I was doing my research before I purchased, this site played a big role in my decision. I became an infomed buyer instantly.

PinGolf (Matt) & BigElm, you guys have almost become family. In some ways you are . Thanks for keeping this a safe site, generating cool topics, and making it the #1 site for Genesis Owners.

I agree on both topics above. This site helped me become an owner. I found very limited information on the Gennys mid-2008--until I found this site. I'm glad that it was available, as it's always led me towards a more informed buyer--even when compared to getting info from the local dealer.
