I have a 2011 genesis sedan. I recently got a rental 2013 with the 3.8gdi and 8 speed auto. Maybe its just me but it feels like a completely different car. It is so much faster smoother etc. I did however notice hyundai cut back on the soft touch materials in some areas and replaced the chrome door handles with cheap painted plastic ones. Anyone drive both? What are your thoughts?

2012 4.6 Tech vs. 2009 4.6 Tech. The 2012's ride is superior, but has a slower shifting transmission than the '09.
 
Hmmm I found the 8 speed a better quicker transmission. Weird.
