I'll be brief for now. I'll continue updating this thread as time goes on.

First, the sales experience was very pleasant. I don't want to give contact information here because I don't want to overwhelm the guys I worked with. However, if you're looking to buy a Hyundai from this dealership, let me know and I'll send you the contact information for the salesman I worked with as well as the finance manager.

I haven't dealt with "service" yet. The car I bought had an imperfection on the hood so I needed to bring it back to get fixed and I opted to do that while the car was in for a scheduled exterior protective coating. That took a few days longer than we had anticipated but they did a good job.

Still not actually dealing with the service department yet I brought the car back because there was some vibration in the steering wheel and figured it needed a balancing. At that point they swapped the Hankooks for the Michelins (which I really didn't want to happen but they said it was a safety issue and needed to be done) - but it feels like they didn't balance properly as now the vibration is worse than it was before. So, it's going back in.

Now I'll be dealing directly with the service department and will write back soon...

sounds like someone didn't know how to/didn't road force balance. That is why I choose my balance shops carefully.

I hear ya. I'm just never one to post somebody's name and/or email address on a website. If they want to do it or ask me to post their information I will but that hasn't happened.

I didn't get lucky to buy Genesis from Napleton ......
they quoted me $425+tax with $1000 down with my trade (36 month lease 10K miles)
Just back from Delray Hyundai ($400 OTD with ZERO down with my trade 10K miles lease).. love to do business with local dealers but never get lucky ...
last car I buy from Audi of Melbourne (120miles away)
btw: I got 2015 Genesis Empire Grey with Sig Package

thanks ... was looking montecito blue with Grey int... but they have only one Blue with Beige int .... (can't stand with Beige) so pick Empire W Black Int ...

funny thing happens .... next morning car exterior was full with white Ants .... I vacuum tons of ants but they keep coming ... call the dealer, they bring the loaner at home and took my car ... my sales person says they might change the car for me if they can't get rid of ants in a day ..... if they come up with new car offer I will try to get Blue w Grey int ....

now I'm driving Beige over Beige fully loaded 2015 Genesis (luv HUD and Lane Assist)
