  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Has anyone experienced this? The other week on the way to work, my 2012 Rspec had the screen flickering and jumping around. Coming home that evening, it was fine. I know some of us twitch on the way to and during work and happy to come home, but.... Today she did it again, but on the way home. It went blank for a while and then came back to life. I assume the video head is about to go.

Could just be loose connector to screen

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Update: I took my Genny to the local dealer today for the free oil change and muti-point inspection they offer. The nav screen has went weeks since its last episode, but I showed them a video on my phone anyway of the flickering and then going blank screen. They checked it out and in the end, ordered me a new screen. They said some screens / displays have went bad, more so on other models, but some have went bad on the Genesis. My car has 31,000 on it so they didn't want me to wait past 35,000 and get stuck with the cost ($2250 just for the part), knowing I have a documented issue now. :D
They also took care of the brake fluid recall issue.

My new screen has been installed. No complaints on my service experiences.
