Note post #84 where I did not mention the name of the company or post a link to it. I got so many requests, including one from Susanne that i finally posted it just to stop the PM's As far as the characteristics of the other company they were prompt, courteous but did not answer all the question as I had problems getting reply from Nav-TV. I really don't understant the strong reactions but I will try and delete the link post #94, If I can If it is still there maybe the administratior can do it.

I hope you realize that you are purchasing and supporting a product produced in china and one that is not supported by the seller or in any way manufactured by the seller. It has also not been verified to work in the Genesis. The supplier is a company called BOS in china that produces cheap knock-off goods that work about 40 percent of the time. If it was easy enough to stop your incessant complaining regarding price and get you off our section of this forum I would gladly send you a unit free to try for yourself in order to supply independent feedback. However, I do not believe you are capable of it. Therefore, I will match the price of anything Nav-Tool sells if I can match their service. That means no warranty. No support after the sale. No advanced returns or otherwise. You did not purchase a genesis because it was as cheap as a Kia did you? Both do the same thing but one does it a little better doesn't it? Here's your chance. Name the price on this forum. I'll confirm it and you can obtain our product for the same price. One condition though. No more competing threads or products in our section and no more schizophrenic posting or phishing in this section. Deal? I am posting this publicly and not in a PM because I am a no BS type of person. If you have any doubts please feel free to ask DT on this forum.

3. I did n't know this was your section of the forum.
4. I am not trying to get something for nothing I really just didn't have the busks for the unit ans wanted to find a lowere cost solution. Like fixing my springs not selling the car.
5. I don't have any dark motives, I spelled out long ago why I wanted it, since then I found out the sound track on DVD movies still play when in motion only the video quits.
6. I have never driven a KIA and bought the Genesis beacuse i liked the sound system the exterior and interior style I expect it to do only what it is advetrtised to do.
7. I have no inside info on the company or you for that matter.

hope I addressed your comments, sorry that i upset you I tried to delete the post and the link and I can't get it off I asked the Moderator to do it, hope he can.

I said that I was waiting for CCarper to give me some answers, I am not awaiting any answers from you. He did not post answers to the question of how it worked on the second go around, when he did he explained that he was away for a while or something to that effect, I think you took the request for answers as a forum request for you to answer, you explained you were sick and how many forums you were monitoring etc. Which maid me think that you thought i was directing the question to you which I was not as only Carpenter could answer how the system was working for him, sorry you thought I was talking to you , I was not. ALSO I have not called you, sorry you thought that, but it is not the case. I am not awaiting any answers from "anybody" other than I was waiting for a call from Hyundai which I got last week, but not the info I needed. So I am not waiting for any info from NAV-TV, now or in the past. I did want some info from the customer but have had that for a long time.

Hope this clears up the situation. I liked what I read about the product, but couldn't afford it, I am not complaining about your price, I never have been I was only complaining about "my" finances. I sure hope that no one if offended by this reply, I surely don't want to offend anyone, I don't want a discounted price, i don't want a free unit. I like to buy American, however I don't hate China, Or Korea or Nav-TV or anyone, I have never had any negative intentions, I have paid for 3 Hyundai's, I have owned American, German, Italian, Japanese cars also, Please people quit attacking me, I am not attacking you, don't stretch any comments I have made, Have never said I can't get ahold of folks at NAV-TV. To my 75 year old memory I have never tried. I'll be sure an never post this thread again, promise. That way no one can get offended about something I have said, about NAV units. I simply am trying to make my Genesis to fit my needs and not trying to affect anyones product business or anything else I don't have any info about your product firsthand to say anything, I have bought every accessory That I can think of for my Genesis and so far I like them all. whew!
