  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My one big dissappointment....the Equus doesnt let you set different brightness levels for the Day & Night screens. If brightness is set at full brightness, then the night screen & the day screen are both set on full brightness. With other brand cars...such as the Acura RL you can set seperate levels of brightness for each screen.

Ideally i would like to have full brightness ffor the day screen.

and the night screen, i would prefer to have near no brightness. I find the night screen on full brightness as blinding.

If I want to get the proper screen for day and night, I would have to go through a couple of menus entering night...then the same menus entering day.

Aside from this issue, the car is phenomenal

Same thing with my car. I keep it set at the middle setting which is not ideal, day or night, but at least it's automatic. Has anybody experimented with laying some window tint over the screen? I did that with a bedside clock radio with some success.
