Navigation Frozen

Greetings. After years of error free operation, my nav system now starts frozen on the "Genesis" screen and will not load and - therefore - nothing related to the system functions (radio, phone, map, etc). Has anyone resolved this problem? Thank you.

If you have a 2015 Genesis sedan, the warranty on the Nav and electronics is for 36 months or 36K miles. But if you have a 2016+ model, the warranty for those components is the same as the rest of the new car warranty (5 years, 60K miles).

If you warranty has expired, you might consider disconnecting the battery and reconnecting, or pulling the relevant fuse and then replacing, to see if that helps.
