  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

After 2 1/2 years I just noticed a little “bubble like” tear on the corner of my Nav screen. I only have 5 months left on my lease so not sure if it’s even worth going to the dealer, but wondering if anyone else experienced this and how would they even fix it? Pressing on it does nothing as it doesn’t appear to have any air trapped either. It’s only been a week or 2 but it got a tiny bit bigger. Weird.

Are you sure that you don't have a protection film on the nav screen? Looks like a matte film to me (especially visible on the edges) If so, just peel the film off.

No there’s no film but there is an outline visible about a 1/2 inch from top of screen which is normal on the ‘19 nav.

The exact same thing just happened to my screen, just noticed last week and I am also turning in my lease in a few months. Not a protective screen. Photo is sideways so appears in upper RH corner of the screen, along picture edge.

Wow! That’s interesting. I seriously doubt we are at fault then and won’t be penalized. I prefer not to have them keep my car for several days to replace it as I only have 14k total miles driven due to Covid and prefer to drive as much as possible in the next few months. Let me know if you decide to bring it in and what they say since I doubt I will, at this point in time. Thanks

Looks like delamination.

I had the same issue, and the screen was replaced under warranty...about 2 months before the car was totaled.
