- 2G Genesis Sedan (2015-2016)
I have a 2015 Genesis with 51K miles and being told I need the rear shocks replaced, as they are showing some signs of leakage. Supposedly its a "known" issue. I see no cupping on the tires or extraordinary wear. How do I know for sure. My last Genesis, always serviced by a dealer never had to have shocks or struts replaced even at 170K miles.
What are my options? I'm being told its a $1500 job, seems outrageous for shocks.
