I have a 2021 GV80 Prestige 3.5 that has had terible vibration in the front brakes. I messaged Genesis and was told to deal with the dealer. Dealer lubed and cleaned the brakes which did nothing to resolve the issue. What should be my next action. I still have 6 months warranty and i feel this should be covered

what would you do next??

Not sure what they did to "clean" the brakes. Did they polish the rotors? One of the common causes of brake vibration is a buildup on the rotors and it acts like warping.
There are some YouTube videos showing how to clean them. Some auto parts shops can do it.
It is also possible they do have warp. Did they check that?

Brake ware typically is not covered by warranty. Some are cause by braking methods.
Hubs can also cause problems.

A really good brake shop may be worth paying to determine the actual cause and problem.

I wonder - does the GV80 suffer from the same brake shudder issues as the G70, due to pad deposits from the OEM brake pads not being up to the task?
Why is Genesis so clueless in fixing this issue?

FWIW, my '21 GV80's brakes are still perfect at 41,000 miles.

As are mine on my '21 Prestige at 80,000 km (over 49,000 miles) although I expect to need new pads and rotors within the year. No vibration, pulling, noise or other issues. It does depend on how you drive and where.

steel wool and brake cleaner can be used to clean pad residue off a disc. One common reason for it is hard braking then keeping the brake pedal pressed immediately upon stopping.

Do you happen to park your car outside or in a garage? If outside and not driven regularly you may get some surface rust build up over time that might be causing vibration.
