  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis Model Year
2019
Two options…both cars have the same
color and features as far as I can tell.

2019 g70 advanced 13k mileage for even money for my current vehicle.

or

2021 g70 advanced 4k mileage for $7500 out the door difference for my current vehicle.

Is there enough difference between the 2019 and 2021 to justify the cost difference? I’m don’t particularly care about the mileage difference as I drive my genesis coupe 177k before getting rid of it.

Any opinions?

Depending on the date first put into service, one will have approx, two years longer warranty. That would account for a portion of the difference.

Yes, I drive about 18k a year so if there is 2 years left on the warranty the warranty would run out when I hit 51k. According to the documents it was registered 5/29/2019.

Thanks for the reply

Have there been any upgrades on any of the major features between 2019 and 2021? I do like the rims better on the 21.

I have a 2020 sport 3.3. Between 2019 and 2021, no major additions or changes that I recall. Manufacturers are always making small tweaks on packages and what comes stock package to package. 2019 was the first year release of the G70 in USA. I got a 2020 specifically for I don’t do first year models. Korea had the G70 for several years before release to the US I think. I’d go with the 2021 personally for maybe some of the complaints, rattles, brake vibration issues have been corrected. I’ve had none of those issues on my 2020. Factories should be on a continuous improvement philosophy in theory.
