Need Help getting Genesis, please give advice

I am a college student who has saved up 19k to buy a new car. I am in love with the 2.0t 2013 Genesis Coupe and it is the car I truly desire. I want to buy a used one and need to know if 19k will suffice. I live in Arizona and there are barley ever any for sale, so I patiently wait. Kelly Blue book states that I could get one used in that price range.

What do you guys think? Is it possible to get it for that price with around 20-40k miles? I search cars.com, craigslist, and autotrader just about every day waiting for a good deal. Anywhere else I should be looking?

I figured this would be the best place for advice. Please help me out, thanks!

Check out carguru.com (could be cargurus). There, you'll be able to sign up for notifications of the vehicle that you desire. The notifications will inform you if the price has risen or has dropped and how the price compares to the national average.
