  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Can you provide more detail about #1? What does it not do? Do any functions work? Movement/rotation good, but down (Enter) not functioning?

Is this to clean it? I am not sure wd40 should be used on electrical parts.

Agreed, use this, or similar, but having gone through this, cleaning is unlikely to be a permanent fix. But it's a good, cheap place to start, depending on the symptoms.

Normally these types of issues happen due to the way you use your equipment and also liquid spills&dirt considering it's just next to the cup holder If it's me which I have done before I will disassemble the Driver Information System with knob and then clean with electrical cleaner. There's a safe and easy procedure to do that in the repair manual however your issue number two Not Loading or Ejecting malfunction may require replacing your head unit Easy to do too
