TPC : Turnsignal and Parking light Control module

Also found this info which is why it might only work right in a 2012+ (2011's didn't have DRL's as far as I can recall).

If you apply the TPC module to your white/amber colored LED decoration or DRL for your headlight, it automatically off the parking light LEDs when the turn signal LEDs are working. You can get pure amber colored turn signals with our TPC module.
