  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Paresian Grey / Ivory. I have read that this is a preferred somewhat rare combination.
Will eventually do wheels and tires, staggered, 19 or 20 in gunmetal, 5 spoke. What's the widest tire and offset with correct hub diameter. Show what ya have or recommend.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us. What did the Genesis G80 replace for you?

I'm not sure about the rarity - but for your question regarding tire size, you should start a new discussion in the G80 section and use a title that'll draw in people who can help...

I had a Cadillac CTS, kept it going until 251,000 miles, finally transmission went and it would cost more to fix it than it's worth. I had been looking for vehicles to replace it because I knew I was on borrowed time. All the newer reasonably priced Cadillacs are turbo 4 cylinder now. The G80 Ultimate with Tau V8, normally aspirated, no turbo, should be reliable, 420 horse power, and was engine of the year when it was introduced made my decision.

I think you made a great choice when looking to upgrade from the Cadillac CTS. It still feels odd saying that considering Cadillac was my favorite car brand growing up. But the G80 Ultimate is definitely an upgrade. How are you liking it, so far, compared to the CTS?

The G80 is definitely an upgrade from my CTS with the 3.6. A V8 Cadillac would cost twice as much, 3x for the Blackwings! Where else can you purchase a loaded, V8 overhead cam, DI, powered luxury car for this value? Still playing with the settings and stuff... Quick and agile too!

Yes, and you got all the bells and whistles in your G80 Ultimate. It's very impressive what Genesis has done in such little time...
