So let me answer quote by quote.
Statement 1: I don't want to order custom trim parts!
Answer1: The trim parts aren't custom.
Statement 2: I am waiting until the company makes enough so that I can actually see what the finished product looks like on the website!
Answer 2: Understandable. I will have ones from my personal vehicle on the website soon. As far as making parts just to sit, its not wise for me at this stage of my company. As I am the company, and with the genesis community its not financially smart to sit on parts. But with that said, there isn't a post or complaint about my shipping nor communication, nor finish. If I had a problem with finish (which does happen at times) it gets corrected ASAP.
Statement 3: I also want to hear from other buyers about fit and finish!
Answer 3: You should check out my website if your looking for feedback. Also go to my IG page. All my products have the customers IG name of who bought them and you can see the response from them...
Statement 4: The products are not cheap so I want to make sure my money is well spent
Answer 4: I can understand totally and agree. I always offer discounts depending on the product that is being bought. I guess being inexpensive or expensive is in the eyes of the beholder.. comparing the Genesis sedan price point of close to or over 45,000, my parts are far below prices for cars in the same class. Communication, Shipping price, Shipping time, at best: around the clock customer service, by far one of the best.
So again take your time, do your research but just know parts like steering wheels, shift knobs, and interior Carbon fiber parts won't be parts just sitting on a shelve waiting for buyers. The genesis sedan community is a hit or miss which will not support companies making parts. I took a chance and seen some growth with the help of the
KDM community as a whole, with about 90% of the sales going to non genesis sedan owners.
