Hello. Just wondering if the rear wing on the G70 pops right off or do I need to go thur trunk. Just hooked my son up with the C350.

G70 does not come from factory with a wing, maybe an aftermarket add on if you bought it used? Please send a picture of the rear.

The one on the trunk. It a wing as far as am concerned. This is the same reason I got of Mercedes forum to many kids with all the answers. And to whom it may concern I call it a G you can call yours whatever you like. 2019 G70 Sport just another nice car. So kids don't get your feathers ruffled over a car.

You are kidding right now...right? You title an entire thread "New G". What friggin' "G"? G70, G80, G90? It is a G70. You can call it what you want...sure. But if you are going to start an entirely new thread...use some common sense and title it appropriately...which includes a meaningful subject. Dear Lord.

Next...you talk about a wing. A wing is an aerodynamic (sometimes) feature on top of the truck (sedans). The G70 doesn't have one.

So be clear in your explanation...and if you mean the winged Genesis logo...state as much.

Seems like the only kid here is yourself...that doesn't know how to fully mention the model of car being referred to...let alone a Subject...and not being able to fully elaborate what you are even posting about.

The forum is overall pretty friendly -- but there are already threads discussing how to remove the badge (if you search for that).

I agree that "G" is a bit confusing when there are so many different "G's;" and when I read this thread I had no clue you were asking about removing the Genesis badge from your G70.

Your joking right. You didn't look at picture. Anyway like I was saying you fing people over do it with your cars. It's just a car. What goes in your trunk is a spoiler. The emblem on the trunk of a G70 looks like a wing to me. Do I care what you think hell no. I was just asking a simple question. Again that's what is wrong with these forums every body wants to know it all. I have driven over 2 million miles. Have bought over 25 new car and at least a dozen used. Driven in every one of the lower 48 twice. So forgive me if I think this is simple. If we all know there is no rear spoiler on a G70 then perhaps the only other thing is the emblem. So with this I will say goodbye and get off of your forum.

Also, this forum is not just "filled with a bunch of kids"--there are posters of multiple ages and those who have bought lots of cars over the years and traveled a lot of miles.
I have no ill-will or animosity towards you, but when I read your first post I was puzzled at what you were asking. It makes little sense to get so defensive when people explain why they were puzzled.
Hope you enjoy driving your car and that your every day interactions are better than this one. In the meantime, do a search for removing G70 badges--and, voila -- you will find your answer. (i.o.w. terminology sometimes matter)
