  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I can honestly say, this is one of the better more mature forums I've seen. There was some confusion with your initial question and then your responses kinda came off the wrong way too. Just take it down a few notches.. Go have a beer, get some rest, come back.. everything will be ok. Most the ppl here are real cool.

I agree--there are a lot of personalities here and overall very friendly and accommodating. I also think there is a LOT of amazing knowledge here--and I learned a lot, very quickly--with still a ton to learn.
Sometimes things go awry--and, frankly, some things are exacerbated (or caused) because what is in writing sometimes lacks the tone/intent of the user--and that is unfortunate.

Which button, and can you post a picture? 😆
The one on the interior of the car. It is a button as far as am concerned. This is the same reason I got out of other forums, too many kids with all the answers. And to whom it may concern I call it a G because of my forum nickname, you can call yours whatever you like. 2019 G70 Sport just another nice car. So kids don't get your feathers ruffled over a car. #imjustsayin

Oh, that one -- that is a very simple matter--surprised you had to ask. You just open the sun roof and use the detached crane assembler mobilizer--it is preprogrammed for "buttons"--so all you have to do is turn it on, and it will automatically select the correct button and voila--all taken care of. Only thing to remember is not to do it when it is raining or your car interior may get a smidge wet--other than that, must do it outside to give the detached crane assembler room to mobilize (well, unless your garage has 10 feet clearance around the car and 12 feet clearance above). (no worries--it is all detailed in the G book and on the G section of the website)

Again that's what is wrong with these forums every body wants to know it all. I have driven over 2 trillion miles. Have bought over 2500 new cars and at least a three dozen used. Driven in every one of the 60 states twice. So forgive me if I think this is simple. And FYI, I'm only 21!

To further flog a dead horse:
Spoilers are mounted flush on the rear of the trunk.
Wings are raised on brackets atop the rear of the trunk.
Emblems are most expeditiously removed with a crowbar and a blowtorch.
Horns are mounted on the front fender, within reach of the driver, and are activated by squeezing a large bulb.
Unless you're a Brit. Then everything is backwards. Or the opposite.

And I learned all this in only three-quarters of a century!

I need you help. My horn bulb is cracking and leaks air when I use it, thus not as loud as it should be. Kids and old ladies don't even run when I blow it. Can it be repaired or should I replace the bulb?

This.

I can't stop laughing.

What a coincidence! I call my car "G Thang".

Also, I nicknamed my wang "G Unit", so when chicks blow up my pager I just hit them back and say "I was rollin' with my G Unit in my G Thang".

Haha the OP deleted his account entirely :p
