  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just received my G70 last week, spent the entire weekend making up excuses to go for a drive. Still less than 500 kms on the odometer, but loving every minute of it! First car with all the newest bells and whistles (previous Saab owner) and am particularly fascinated with the lane keeping assistance. Seats still need some adjustment, but I have no doubt I'll figure them out. Getting lots of looks, I was second guessing my colour choice (the Nurburg Green) as I hadn't seen it 'live', but I love it with the dark chrome accents and tint. Looks like a dark grey in certain light, but in the sun the green comes out ...

Thanks! Wasn't aware that the brake calipers came in anything other than red, but probably better in grey ... would have looked a little christmas-y otherwise!

Unfortunately...in the USA...that color will only be available on one of the 2 special editions released as limited.

That's odd, I wonder why? I don't know of any special editions planned for the Canadian market ...

Looks great, Damn !

Looks great - saw you on the other forum. As I noted, there's more going on here.

Congratulations on your new car and welcome to the club.

Very nice.

My dad had a dark green 1966 Mustang GT Fastback.

Reminds me of what is now British Racing Green. I say that because it seems darker than it did in many old photos of the vars from the 60’s when it seems like it was really popular..

I had never considered the color until now...I will definitely give the special edition a look!

On Facebook ... I posted there, but was suggested here would be a better place!

This is a great forum. I’ve never been a participant in one if these, but I am enjoying all of the interesting and friendly people and learning a lot.

It was the Jaguar racing green that inspired me to get this colour - always been a fan! Interestingly Jaguar decided not to offer any green options on the new XE, which was another car I was looking at ...

What is your interior color and do you like it?
If you have an interior photo, would you mine posting it? Again, thank you for sharing!

Amazing coincidence, about half hour ago I just spotted a Green G70 with the CA dealer plates (of course, no posting while driving...) here where I am in California, not too far from Genesis USA HQ. It looked very nice in the California sunlight. Not close enough to see the interior. I was ahead so I did not see the back...but probably the special edition.

Is the Nurburg Green the same as the special edition Black Forest Green in the USA?

Yes, here there aren't special editions - the colour was simply offered on all models.

I wonder how much more the special edition will be. I'm really liking that color.

I'll grab a photo, but it's the standard Sport version (the diamond quilting) with grey stitching
