  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

KDM key fob is expensive, it cost around $125 just for the part. Not to mention programming it by the dealer.

I've found this info on http://importshark.com/catalog/prod.../1726/osCsid/1319f03f8b2cd3d87f5e00c1440b0b7f

PLEASE NOTE that the actual key (which goes into the door in case of an emergency) in North America does not fit into the slot in the KDM key fob. This can either be left out altogether or the slot can be dremeled carefully to open up the hole a bit more to accommodate the slightly larger key. Other areas of the world have keys that are the same size as Korea, such as certain countries in the Middle East.

As much as I'd love to change that, I think I'm gonna pass on this one.

I agree. With the key not fitting into the fob, it is kind of useless. So I am not buying one either. Anyhow, we are twins, so one cannot have without the other. I am still looking for my friends with the Lambo and Ferrari but cant find em

Good luck finding one of those :D

Next Saturday, there is going to be a huge car event in Schamburg, IL called "Another Level Car Show"....I might be able to make even more friends :D

I'll have my Nikon with me, of course.

7500 miles on the clock, it's time for a transfusion ;)

I remember, someone has asked me once to take some pictures, if I get a chance to get the car on the lift.

They (D'Arcy Hyundai of Joliet, IL) were kind enough to let me snap a few pics and watch them pour the oil that I brought with me :)

So, first things first - NO WASH !!! :D

Same good stuff I've used.
Got it at Costco with some rebate I recalled.
BTW, very nice pics to see her "underside", clean and very well arranged.

The Wife said I'm antisocial... :D

But it's one of those things "in one ear out the other" ;)

Thats like me too! Park away from all the other cars, til you come out, and the car is like a magnet, and all sorts of cars are parked 2" from our doors.

BTW, it was me who asked to see the underside. Thanks. A detailer is telling me to have the underside oiled to prevent rust cause the salt is gonna kill the linings and stuff. Not sure whether to believe him cause he wants about 350.00 to take them off, spray em, and put em back.

BTW, nice underbelly

I'd just ignore him and save up the 350 for future mods.

I was thinking Magnaflow Cat-Back exhaust for our cars, the other day

It's not what you like....what she like? :D

We were there yesterday (again) and I don't think I'll get away with sushi along this time :D

I was standing at the stop light and noticed that a guy was looking at my rear end, he was very confused - what the hell is that? ....."the wings" threw him off, I'm sure! priceless! :D

I got my WeatherTech late last year (all 4 pieces) on eBay.
And I did want to mess around with the car hence the mod to the WeatherTech piece.
(The OEM left foot rest dead pedal was just a tad too far for my comfort for long distance driving)
After the mod, it's now dead on where I wanted.
My left foot is happy. So am I :)

Dareck,
i love that dead pedal. Did you do it yourself or is it available for purchase? I would like one.
