No worries. Do you know the tint percentage? Was it done locally or did you order it? I was looking at RVinyl's dark smoke as an option.

Painting would be safer for driving since it doesn't impact light out put...I have done them before and I have always found resealing the lamp is a pta.

I ordered it from lamin-x.com and just did them myself (it sucked a bit but wasn't difficult, just tedious). It's the 'tint' color which is the lightest.

I like them but want darker without killing output like you said. I'll probably get them professionally painted so as to avoid having to reseal them myself.
