New Navigation Update Finally!

There is a new update as of today, November 11. Downloading now...it better work. It would be great if they fix the HD Radio bug too (but probably won't).

In Canada when I try to download the Nov 11/2025 software update, it says "temporarily unavailable", Has anyone in Canada been successful in downloaded this new updated software?

I was able to download (using their navigation updater app, onto a usb stick) and install into my 2026 GV70 today without any issues.

What is the HD radio bug?

When you turn on HD Radio, it pushes the artist/song info line off the display and you can't see it anymore. Stupid, easy to fix issue but they won't even acknowledge it.

Are you in USA or Canada? I still can't download the Canadian version. I did download my wife's 2025 GV70 update (14 inch screen) but still download the Nov 11/2025 GV80 update (27 inch screen).

Canada here. Sounds like there is nothing but bugs in this latest Genesis updates. Some people get it to update fine, while others have their infotainment screen end up a brick. I'm glad it was unavailable today, bc it forced me to google Genesis's update for 2025... no thanks will wait til next year.

Had no problem updating and no issues since.

Tried the update today. Went to "Preparing to install". Stayed like that for probably over an hour. No idea if anything was happening.

Got home, told it to continue to update after the car is off. 4 hours later I go back to the car. I see nothing on screen about the upgrade being complete. Then it begins the process over again.

Kinda confused about this process.

Update is only for 2026 GV70's in Canada. Nothing there for the older models. Was hoping for at least a map update, it's been awhile since we got anything.
