  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just wanted to say Hello, I just purchased my first Genesis last Sunday. A beautiful Cabernet Red Peal with Cashmere interior, 3.8 V6 2013 40,600 miles.

I look forward to talking and sharing my adventures and yours with all things Genesis.

Congrats! My ‘12 3.8 is the same colors (Cabernet Red Pearl and Cashmere) and has almost exactly the same mileage, just under 41,000 mi.

Awesome. Welcome and enjoy.

My mother was in need of a new car so we replaced her 2000 Camry with a 2019 Camry XSE but god damm that car is a Piece of xxxxx compared to driving my 2012 V6 Genny with Tech.

I now have a 2016 Odyssey and of the 3 cars the Genny is my go to car with all the tech it has and how Fun it is to drive. The car feels sporty and solid and has a lot of creature comforts for an affordable price that I paid for it in July of 2013 ($32,000). If I had a choice I'd still buy another used Genny vs the POC Camry lol.
