New phone app fail

So they pushed out a new app to my phone this morning and NOTHING worked! It has a slightly different interface but they screwed it up unimaginably bad! I don't know who they have working in their tech shops but I think they should fire everyone and start all over again. Their Nav updates have been down for over a year (just finally got it running again), their apps have always been bad, they have bugs in their infotainment system they won't acknowledge and now this. The first thing I tried to tap on immediately came up with an error saying my phone was out of range or the server was unavailable. I couldn't do anything. All the measurements were displayed in imperial though the settings were set to metric. Even changing the settings failed with the same server unavailable message. So it was DOA - obviously no quality assurance here whatsoever. By the time I got to work I looked again and it has now reverted back to the previous version.

Why can't these guys get anything right? Wow. And they soon will want me to start paying for this service?
