  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So I didn’t sleep well and I looked first thing this morning. I have 225/45ZR 18 on front and 245/45 R18 on back. Does this sound right?
The above sizes are stock sizes for the coupe. If it was me I would go after the dealer and say this is a safety issue as the tires are not correct. I assume you bought certified?

I looked at the door jam label and it did say 245/45 18 front and back. I stopped pass a Hyundai dealer yesterday and they stated it’s not a problem if I’m not having steering/suspension problems. The tires are new and I could get the 245/45 on my next tire replacement. Will the 245/45 fit on the same rim? ( forgot to ask). Certified car, no. I did get a warranty that covers me until 10/22 or 96,000 bumper to bumper including electronics. I’m currently at 46,000 miles.

Hyundai Motor <005380.KS> on Tuesday named its former North American chief, William Lee, to oversee its premium Genesis brand following the departure of Manfred Fitzgerald to pursue new opportunities.

Lee faces the challenge of rejuvenating Genesis sales in the U.S. market and making headway in Europe and China, both tough markets to crack for luxury car sales.

"The company expects Mr. Lee, in his new capacity, to lead the brand's further global expansion by leveraging his overseas business operations expertise," Hyundai said in a statement.

"North America is an imperative market for the Genesis brand," it added.

The news follows the appointment this month of Mark Del Rosso, a former president of Audi America, to oversee Genesis operations in North America.

Genesis U.S. sales halved to 10,312 last year, although sales have picked up this year. The United States is the biggest overseas market for Genesis, which generated 72% of its sales in South Korea last year.

Before his stint at Hyundai Motor North America, Lee oversaw Hyundai's Brazil operations and the U.S. unit of advertising arm Innocean Worldwide <214320.KS>.

Hyundai said in a recent earnings conference call that it has set up Genesis sales operations for China and Europe.

Hyundai Motor Group's heir apparent Euisun Chung introduced the Genesis brand in November 2015, bringing in Fitzgerald, a former Lamborghini executive, a few months later to help the automaker shed its value for money image.

I believe this is the stock OEM wheel that comes on your car (came on mine anyway)

Do you know if the 5.0 sedan has same size brakes as the 3.8? I am looking to buy winter tires/wheels that are 18", but haven't been able to find confirmation that they fit.
