  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello everyone,
I just purchased a silver 2012 Genesis 3.8 sedan this past Friday. This is going to replace a Dodge Magnum SXT. I have had really good luck with the Magnum, but she is now over 7 yrs old, and its time for me to upgrade.

I love the Genesis. Really good power, ride, and gas mileage. It is a beautiful car inside and out. I have already received a LOT of compliments on her.
So.... I am officially part of the Hyundai family now. The only thing I may do to her is put on some 19" wheels. I like the GTM Katana wheels and think they would look really good on her.

Lets see how it goes!
:welcome:

Welcome and enjoy your new ride. FYI; follow the maintenance schedule in the manual and read and study the manuals thoroughly, you will be much happier with the car if you do. So many on this forum have had problems that should have never happened, like not knowing about the gas tank door release in the trunk so they ran out of gas because the gas door would not open automatically from the driver's door.

Welcome to the family.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up!

Welcome!

Be sure to relax your face now and then or suffer permagrin.....:D
Ask me how I know.
