No drill front license plate options

Moving to a front license plate required state in January. Does anybody has any experience with tow hook mounted license plate brackets or other attachment solutions? Found a tow hook option from Cravenspeed. The Platypus License Plate Mount for Hyundai. which appears to be universal. The image showing it on a Genesis appears to be photoshopped with the plate possibly blocking the fog light.

Also found a clamp style from slybrackets.com

I actually bought a tow hook mount last week for my 2015 5.0. I just purchased the car so my permanent plates haven't arrived yet, but the mount can be adjusted may different ways so I don't think I'll have any problems with blocking the fog lights. This pic sold me on the fit.
