No Volume from radio

Hey guys I have a 2015 Genesis 5.0 and I recently signed with bluelink. So as bluelink activated I lost all sound from the radio and now bluelink isn't working either. Had anyone ever had the sound or blue issue.
1. Customer Service isnt helping
2. I did a hard reset (Pin hole)
3. I did a factory reset.
4. I checked every fuse.
5. I removed negative battery post for 30 min.
6. No recalls
7. Warranty just went up in May.
8. Attached is a picture I get when I try to do anything with bluelink.

Do you have the latest software that includes CarPlay/Android Auto? Maybe you could even try flashing it again with the same load...

looks like an Ultimate which can’t get those.

may need to run to dealer to diagnose audio network. Blue link may be permanently holding audio control.
