Noise from rear of car at low speeds

Video of noise when parked and pushedforward a bit is in link. https://youtu.be/mUvoSXwnAws That is a video of my 2015 Genesis 5.0 w 9k miles ... It makes noises like that at low speed and it is loud enough that it can be heard from 20 feet away easy... it was at the dealer for a week and they "said they couldn't recreate it", which is insane because I showed it to the service person before I dropped it off. Anyways, anyone know what this is?? The rear wheel is in video and I just lightly push car forward while its parked and it gives the noise similar to what it makes driving... Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Well, the parked sound in the video sounds just like when I had a parking brake that needed to be repaired in my old e34 BMW. Maybe the e-brake/parking brake isn't disengaging/engaging all the way?

It very well could be. I feel like it has something to do with the suspension but that might just be me being misinformed. Would there be anyway to test it at home or do I just have to go back to the dealer and be put in an Elantra for another week ;) ? Thanks again

Find a small hill, put car in neutral, let it roll slightly and then pull parking brake. If you don't stop immediately after engaging parking brake it is loose. If you stop coasting before you pull the brake or If you hear the sound (as I did) when even slowly rolling in neutral then it could be that the parking brake isn't disengaging properly/is stuck. With nearly 400 lb. ft torque I could believe the low end torque would let you overpower a partially engaged parking brake when the car is in gear.

If not the parking brake then I am not sure, bushings or something?
 
Thanks man. I will try that. Now to find a hill in Charleston sc...it's called the low country for a reason.. I'm thinking empty parking garage will work and if empty, have good acoustics to hear what is going on.
