  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anybody know if the O2 sensors are covered under extended warranty?

I asked dealer "I'm not sure. Bring it in and we will see".

You mean 10 yr / 100K mile drivetrain warranty? Should be, but you never know with Hyundai.

Can't say. Not enough info. Year? Miles? 1st or 2nd owner? Are you asking about HMA warranty or 3rd party extended warranty?

It's an 09. Bought CPO from dealer so I'm second owner.
Warranty paid for at time of purchase. Cost $800 for 10 yr/100K.
Hyundai name not at top of warranty paperwork but assured it is a HMC warranty.

I'll have to read the 3 pages of fine print tonight. $50 deductible per issue.

My Hyundai CPO Wrap 10 yr./100000 warranty says it covers O2 sensors.

If you bought a 10yr / 100K mile bumper to bumper extended warranty, then it is covered (obviously).

The question is whether it is covered in the 10yr / 100K drivetrain warranty, which is a different warranty.
