  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi All,

I recently purchased a Veepeak bluetooth OBD2 dongle. I have paired this with a few different apps on iOS and it's working well for the basic info. I wanted to display engine oil temperature, which from my search needs a Hyundai (possibly even Smart Stream) specific PID. Does anyone have experience with Smart Stream engine specific (or Genesis specific in general) PIDs?

I found this page for the Elantra with a Smart Stream engine, will be going through some of these PIDs tonight, although I'm not sure if each engine would have different PIDs or if they are shared. HyundaiElantraCN7-OBD2-PIDs/CN7.csv at main · gdincu/HyundaiElantraCN7-OBD2-PIDs

For reference, I have a 2023 GV80 3.5t.
