  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Oh no! Already

Still sounds like a sensor issue. And, if they can't replace a sensor(s), time to be worried.

Sounds like this person has a bad oil sensor. The part is in and it has been in the shop for 4 days because nobody at the Hyundai (Chevy) dealership knows how to install it. This incident is detailed in Yahoo auto review that appeared yesterday and may very well be the same person in this incident. Needless to say he's not very happy with Hyundai or at least the dealership.

Yes, that was me who posted the review in Yahoo. It was a bad oil control valve. When I got that flat in the first week of ownership, I feared that was a bad omen. (Only the second time I've ever had a flat)
I got the car back today, after calling Hyundai, yet again. I drove 3/4 of a mile down the road to the Mazda dealer to see what kind of a deal I could make on an MX5. Not the same class of car of course but prior ownership showed me that Mazda's are reliable.
