Just wanted to introduce myself as I'd been reading these forums for about a month prior to purchasing my 2009 V6 with premium plus package. I got the cabernet red pearl with tan interior. Got it for a song since I went with an '09 (seriously, I got a price below $32k before trade in and all those taxes/title fees that Maryland love to sock you with).
One month in and I absolutely adore the car! I've put over 1,000 miles on it driving to and from work plus a couple trips on I 68 over the Appalachians. The Genesis just zips along so comfortably in places my old Accord V6 was struggling. I find I really need to keep an eye on the speedometer: between the smooth ride and lack of engine noise, I can get up to some serious mph without realizing it! The iPod hookup and sound system make a 7 hour drive go by in no time. Luggage is no problem since I think the trunk is big enough to put my living room sofa inside!
